![]() Went up to the new room, it was also dirty. Tried, keys wouldn't work, went down to the front desk. ![]() Called down to the front desk, explained what happened, were told they changed our room cards, gave us new room number, told us we could go straight there. Empty beer bottles, nut shells, slippers & beds that looked slept in, in the living room, dried up contact lenses, used tooth brush etc in the bathroom. That wouldn't have been a big deal, but the room was filthy. ![]() Next day, when we finally arrived, we had booked a strip view room, but none with a king bed were available, so Dustin put is in a room with 2 queens. It was a Monday night, not a weekend anything. Our flight was cancelled & rebooked for the next day, so when I called to cancel our first night, I was told we would be charged, zero compassion for the situation we were in. ![]() Our experience was pretty terrible from the start. ![]()
